Donde hay abejas y miel, tambi\u00e9n hay hidromiel. El uso de la miel en nuestra alimentaci\u00f3n es antiguo, lo que sugiere que esta bebida tambi\u00e9n ha estado presente en la vida cotidiana de la humanidad durante miles de a\u00f1os. En la Antigua Grecia lo llamaban Hidromiel de Ambrosia o \u201cn\u00e9ctar de los dioses\u201d ya que cre\u00edan que era una bebida de los dioses, que descend\u00eda de los cielos como roc\u00edo, antes de ser recolectada por las abejas.
